Struggling with Addiction

We can do a better job of rehabilitating folk’s with drug addictions.

We probably all know someone who has struggled with addiction. There are so many good private facilities that have above average success rate in helping people overcome addiction. They face restrictions that prevent them from helping more people. We spend millions on the criminal justice system. I am for incarcerating criminals that break the law. However, we can do a better job of rehabilitating folk’s with drug addictions. We would lower the crime rate, reduce the overwhelming number of children in the system and encourage more people into the workforce paying taxes rather than end up jail. As your state representative I will work to bring real solutions for rehabilitation.
